This premium, long grain Basmati Rice is an all natural crop grown for us in the same regions that have specialized in rice production for hundreds of years. After harvest it is carefully monitored as it ages for 24 months or more to gently dehydrate it, making it expand much more than typical long grain rice and intensifying its aroma.

Add 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let rice sit for 5 minutes before removing the lid. Fluff with a fork before serving. Yields 3 cups cooked.
