Our Bamboo Rice offers a striking pale green color and delicate taste and aroma. Before cooking, Bamboo Rice features a deep jade green hue. After cooking, the color fades to a pearly tone, while the subtle herbal character remains. Bamboo Rice also retains a moist and sticky texture, so other ingredients like vegetables adhere well to it.

BASIC PREP

Add 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let rice sit for 5 minutes before removing the lid. Fluff with a fork before serving. Yields 3 cups cooked.
