Our Moroccan Couscous is a delicate mix of seasoned semolina pasta pearls featuring a Moroccan spice blend. This couscous is flavored with Ras El-Hanout, a proprietary combination of spices that varies from region to region, similar to the curries of the Far East, featuring turmeric, dried chiles, orange peel and mustard.

  • Can be used like rice or pasta to provide unique texture and variety
  • Serve with vegetable or meat-based Moroccan tagines or stir-fries
  • After cooking, can be chilled and incorporated as a salad ingredient


Boil 1-1/4 cups water. Add 1 cup of Moroccan Spiced Couscous. Remove from heat and cover immediately. Let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
