Red Quinoa has the same nutty flavor as golden quinoa, but stays slightly firmer when cooked.

Bring 2 cups of water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup of quinoa, reduce heat to maintain a simmer, cover, and cook until the water is absorbed, about 12-15 minutes. Yields 3 cups cooked.
