Bring 2 cups of water or stock to a boil.  And 1 cup of Royal Andean® Quinoa Blend, reduce heat to maintain a simmer, cover, and cook until the water is absorbed,  about 12-15 minutes. Strain excess liquid. Yields 3 cups cooked.
