A rediscovered ancient grain from the Andes kingdoms of the Incas, our Royal Andean® Quinoa Blend brings the nutty flavor and wholesome, whole-grain nutrition of quinoa to your table. Our blend of four colorful varieties (black, golden, red and white quinoa) of nutrient dense grains is a good source of complete proteins, essential amino acids, fiber and many of B-complex vitamins.

BASIC PREP

Bring 2 cups of water or stock to a boil.  And 1 cup of Royal Andean® Quinoa Blend, reduce heat to maintain a simmer, cover, and cook until the water is absorbed,  about 12-15 minutes. Strain excess liquid. Yields 3 cups cooked.
